An Ideal Home for a Full-Time School

Calvary Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time educational partner to lease classroom and program space beginning Summer 2027.

Our campus is especially well suited for a private school, Montessori school, charter school, faith-based school, or other full-time educational program looking for a welcoming, established location to serve students and families.

While we will consider inquiries from other educational and community organizations, our preference is to partner with a full-time school that can make the campus its home during the school day.

Available Space: Approximately 10,000 square feet of flexible classroom, office, fellowship hall, and shared-use space.

Conveniently located on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, our campus sits adjacent to I-495 (the Capital Beltway) and is less than one mile from the Forest Glen Metro Station, providing exceptional access for families and staff throughout Montgomery County and the Washington metropolitan area.

Office Space

Administrative office space is available for school leadership and support staff.

Playground

A fully enclosed playspace with play structure, grassy field, full basketball court, and garden space.

Fellowship Hall

A large, flexible Fellowship Hall is available for lunch, indoor recess, large meetings, receptions, assemblies, and other group gatherings.

Fellowship Hall Available: 3,128 sq. ft.

Commercial Kitchen

A fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for meal service, catering, culinary instruction, or other licensed food preparation needs.

Meeting Room & Flex Space

A flexible room suitable for staff meetings, parent meetings, and student break-out sessions.
